filled cassave snacks

500 gr cassava
2 tsp salt
200 gr oncom
100 ml water
1 stalk celery

4 red rawits
2 red lomboks
3 cloves garlic
4 shallots
1/2 tsp palmsugar

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Grate the cassava and mash the oncom. Slice the celery fine. Heat in a wok 3 tbsp of oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the oncom and the water and cook it slowly until all water is absorbed. Then mix in the celery and let it cool off.
Mix the grated cassave withe the salt and form from 2 tbsp of the mixture small balls. Flatten the balls. Put 1/2 tbsp of the oncom mixture in the middle and form small oblong shaped balls. Heat in a wok the oil and fur the balls golden brown and done. Drain the balls on kitche paper and serve them warm.
