Lepat ubi
cassava snack from Sumatra

500 gr singkong (cassava)
100 gr palm sugar
¼ young coconut
½ tsp salt
4 pandan leaves
banana leaves
Cara membuat:
Grate the cassava, the palm sugar and the coconut and mix with the salt into a dough. Divide the dough into 12 portions. Wrap each portion in a piece of banana leaf together with a piece of pandan leaf and fold it closed as a package. Steam the packets until cooked.
