500g pork
4 red lomboks
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
1 leek
salt to taste
150 ml water
oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into cubes and the lomboks and the leek fine. Heat in a wok some oil and fry the meat brown. Add the lomboks and the leek with the kecap and water and cook it further until the meat is tender. Season with salt and pepper.
