Pork in red wine sauce

200 gr pork
1000 ml water
4 shiitakes
3 cloves garlic
3 cm jahe (ginger)
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp xiao xing wine
½ star anis
1 clove
pepper, salt and nutmeg to taste
1 tbps oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into cubes, cut the shiitake in slices and the jahe in thin slices. Chop the garlic fine. Heat in a pan the water and cook the meat nearly done and remove it. Let the stock slowly evaporate until 500ml is left.
Heat in a wok the oli and fry the garlic for 2 minutes and add it to the stock. Add all ingredients and let it simmer slowly until the meat is done and it mixes well with the sauce.
