Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
400 gr pork liver
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
100ml water
100 gr Chinese chives
2 tbsp oil/pork fat

Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cloves of garlic
2 shallots

Taburan:
garnish:
4 tbsp bawang goreng
1 tsp pepper

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the liver into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. cut the chives into 3 cm pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the liver, the kecap, the pepper and the salt and mix well. Then add the water and cook the liver until done. Then mix in the chives.
Sprinkle the bawang goreng and pepper on top and serve.
