Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1/2 chicken
1 lemon, juice
200 ml santen asli
2 leeks
3 red lomboks
2 tsp asam (tamarinde)
2 tbsp kecap
1 tbsp palm sugar
oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
6 small red onions
5 cloves garlic
2 cm kencur
3 cm jahe
2 cm kunyit
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the leek into rings and chilies diagonally into pieces. Cut the chicken into cubes and mix with the lemon juice.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat until golden and scoop it out of the pan. Add the bumbu and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the chicken, the asam, the kecap, the palm sugar and the santen and let it simmer slowly. When the santen thins add the leeks and cook it soft.
