Ayam Baboto
chicken in coconut milk
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 g chicken fillets
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. white pepper
75 ml coconut milk (santen kepala, see article)
salt
banana leaf,
biting/skewers

9 canary nuts (otherwise 12 almonds)
7 shallots
7 cloves garlic
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the chicken into strips and beat the eggs. Mix the chicken with the bumbu, eggs and other ingredients. Create three portions and arrange on the banana leaves. Close the ends with the skewers and steam the chicken for 30 minutes.
