Ayam Kecap Jepang

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken
1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
200 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
2 tbsp japanese kecap
50 gr peas
50 gr mushrooms
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 leekl
2 tbsp oil

spring onion, chopped
Cara membuat:
preparation/method:
Cut the chicken into 5 pieces. Slice the mushrooms en and the onion into thin slices and the leek in rings. Chop the garlic fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the onion and the garlic for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and fry it brown. Then add the stock, the peas, the leek and the mushrooms followed by the kecap, the pepper and the salt and fry it until the chicken is done. Sprinkle the spring onion on top and serve.
