Ayam Tempra
Chicken with fried onions en peppers

1000 gr chicken
2 onions
5 green lomboks
5 red lomboks
3 tbsp oil
250 ml water
1 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken in pieces. Marinate the chicken with 1 tbsp kecap for 5 minutes. Slice the onions in rings and the lomboks diagonally. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the onions and the lomboks on a high flame for 1 minute. Add 1 tbsp kecap mix it and set it aside.
Heat in a wok 2 tbsp oil and fry the chicken for 5 minutes. Add the water and let it simmer slowly for 25 minutes until the chicken is done. Then add the salt, the palmsugar and the limejuice and stir until the sugar and the salt has dissolved.
Serve the chicken with the onions and lomboks on top.
