Ayam Goreng
fried chicken

1 chicken (900-1000 gr)
125 ml tamarind water
1 tbsp kecap manis (dark soya sauce)

bahan-bahan marinade
1 red lombok (large chilli pepper)
2 cm ginger
1 tsp coriander
2 cloves garlic
1 cm kunyit (turmeric/kurkuma)

Cara membuat:
Cut het chicken into 6 pieces. Pound the ingredients for the marinade into a paste and mix it with the tamarind water and the kecap. Marinate the cicken for at least to hours. Heat in a wok the oil and deep fry the chicken.
