Ayam Jerit
stewed fried spicy chicken
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1/2 chicken
4 cloves of garlic
2 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
1 salam leaf
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ketumbar
water
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 cloves of garlic
4 shallots
3 red lomboks
3 red rawits
2 kemiri nuts
1 cm kencur
1/2 tsp ketumbar
Lainnya:
other herbs:
4 jeruk purut leaves
2 salam leaf
1 serai/sereh/lemon grass
3 cm lengkuas/laos
4 tbsp water
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Puree the garlic. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan enough water together with the chicken, garlic, lengkuas, salam, salt and ketumbar and cook while stirring until the liquid has thickened.
Remove the chicken from the pan and let it drain. Heat the oil in a pan until the chicken is brown and crispy. Then roughly chop the chicken.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the jeruk purut, the salam, the serai and the lengkuas for 5 minutes. Then add the chicken, water and salt and cook, while stirring, until the sauce thickens. Then mix in the lemon juice and serve.
