Cah Ayam Tauco Kecap

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken
2 salam leaves
3 jeruk purut leaves
2 cm lengkuas / galangal
2 serai / sereh / lemongrass
3 tbsp taoco
3 green lomboks
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
400 ml of water
1 spring onion
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
9 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
2 cm jahe/ginger
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into 12 pieces. Cut the lomboks into thick rings. Cut the spring onion into diagonal rings. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam, the jeruk purut, the galangal and the serai for 5 minutes. Then add the tauco and the lomboks and mix well and cook until soft.
Then add the chicken and fry until it changes color. Then add the kecap, palm sugar, pepper and salt and mix well.
Then add the water and cook until done and until the sauce has thickened. Then mix in the spring onion and serve.
