Cah Kacang Ayam Tabur Mede

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
3 cloves garlic
1 shallot
2 cm jahe
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
200 ml water
1 tablespoon sesame oil
150g chopped cashews nuts
Cara membuat:

Cut the meat into pieces, the garlic, the jahe and shallot finely and cut the peppers into strips.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, shallot and jahe for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and fry quickly brown. Add the peppers and fry gently until soft. Add the pepper, oyster sauce, salt and the palmsugar and mix well. Add the water and cook slowly until done. Sprinkle cashews nut on top and serve.
