Ayam Panggang Saus Jamur
fried chicken with mushroom sauce

1/2 chicken (500 gr)
5 shallots
3 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp saus tomat / ketchup
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter

Saus Jamur:
sauce ingredients:
3 slices of bacon
200 gr mushrooms
200 ml chicken stock
2 tbsp cornstarch + 50 ml water
3 tbsp cream
1 tbsp butter

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Cut the shallots into thin slices. Cut the bacon into thin strips and the mushrooms into thin slices.
Heat the butter in a pan and brown the shallots. Add the chicken, the kecap, the saus tomat, the pepper, the nutmeg and the salt and fry while stirring until the chicken changes color. Put the chicken in an oven dish and bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven at 180gr until brown and done. Then spoon the sauce over the chicken and serve.

Saus Jamur:
Heat the butter in a pan and brown the bacon and the mushrooms. Then add the stock, the dissolved cornstarch and the cream and bring to the boil while stirring.
