stewed duck in spicy sauce
Bahan-bahan:

500 g duck
1 tbsp lime, juice
300 ml coconut milk
4 cm lengkuas / galangal / laos
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 red lomboks
4 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
2 cm kunyit
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the duck into 5 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for d bumbu into a paste. Rub the duck with the lime juice and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the laos for 4 minutes. Then add the duck and coconut milk and cook the duck until tender.
