Semur Ayam Kuah Hitam
braised chicken in dark sauce

1 chicken
150 g snake/long beans
4 shallots
2 cm jahe
1 tomato
5 cloves
3 cm cinnamon
7 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1000 ml of water
3 tbsp oil

2 kluwek / keluak / Kepayang
2 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 red lomboks
3 kemiri nuts, roasted
1 cm kunyit

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into 8 pieces. Cut the beans into 3 cm pieces and the tomato into cubes. Cut the shallots into thin slices.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots and the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the jahe, the tomato, the clove and the cinnamon and fry the tomatoes until soft.
Then add the chicken and fry until it changes colour. Then add the water and bring to the boil. Then continue to cook on low heat until the chicken is done. Then add the beans and cook until done.
