roasted chicken with liver sauce

1 chicken
6 cloves of garlic
4 shallots
1 lime, juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
2 tbsp kecap manis

Bahan sauce:
Ingredients sauce:
250 gr chicken liver
2 tbsp andaliman
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
10 red lomboks
10 red rawits

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into 8 pieces. Slice the shallots and the garlic finely. Mix the chicken with the garlic, the shallots, the palmsugar, the kecap and the lime juice. Then roast the chicken over a charcoal fire until brown and done.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the sauce to a smooth mass. Heat this in a pan and cook until tender. Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve.
