Ayam Goreng Kuning Tabur Serundeng
fried spiced chicken with coconut
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
8 chicken thighs
2 salam leaf
1 kunyit leaf
3 serai/sereh/lemon gas
300 ml coconut milk (from 1/2 coconut)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
50 gr grated coconut
1 1/2 tbsp asam water
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
5 cm kunyit, roasted
2 cm jahe/ginger
2 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
1/2 tsp ketumbar
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the coconut milk together with the bumbu, the salam, the kunyit leaf and the serai and bring it to a boil.
Then add the chicken, salt, palm sugar and asam water and cook over medium heat until the moisture has evaporated. Then let it cool.
Heat in a pan enough oil and fry the chicken until brown and set aside. Fry the remaining herbs/spices/bumbu together with the grated coconut until golden brown and sprinkle it over the chicken. Serve.
