fried/roasted fragrant duck

1 duck
3 tablespoons kecap manis
1 teaspoon of lime juice
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of palm sugar
400 ml of water
4 tablesppon kecap manis

2 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoon ketumbar
2 cm jahe

2 tablespoons of bawang goreng

Cara Membuat:
Cut the duck into 10 pieces and marinate with the salt and the lime juice for at least 15 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat a pan and fry the duck with the bumbu, de kecap and the palmsugar brown. Add the water and cook the duck until done. Sprinkle the duck with the kecap and roast over a charcoal fire until brown. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve
