Ayam Jamur Kecap

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1/2 chicken
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
100 gr chestnut / straw mushrooms
1 salam leaf
3 cm laos
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp kecap asin
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
300 ml of water
1 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 kemiri/candlenuts
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into 12 pieces and marinate for 10 minutes with the salt and the lime juice. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Halve the mushrooms.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the salam and the laos for 3 minutes. Then add the chicken and fry it brown. Add the mushrooms, kecaps, salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and cook it slowly until done.
