Sayap Ayam Masak Krengsengan
chicken wings in spicy sauce

8 chicken wings
2 tbsp petis udang
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tomato
3 red lomboks
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp palm sugar
750 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

4 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
1 cm jahe
1/2 tsp pepper
2 red rawits
2 red lomboks

Cara Membuat:
Cut the wings in half, the tomato in small pieces and the lombok in thin rings. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu and the petis for 3 minutes. Add the wings and mix well and until the flesh changes colour. Then add the kecap.
Mix in the tomato and the lombok and add the water, salt and palm sugar and stir until everything is cooked.
