packaged seasoned and fried pieces of chicken
500 gr chicken wings
5 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp saus tomat
3 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp kecap asin
3 tbsp saus sambal
Cut the chicken into pieces. Finely chop the garlic. Mix the meat, garlic, saus tomat, saus sambal, kecap and fish sauce and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Wrap the pieces of chicken in pandan leaves and close it with biteng. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the chicken until done. Serve.
for non spicy: use thickened gravy instead of chili sauce
