very spicy fried livers

20 chicken livers
9 shallots
5 cloves garlic
30 red rawits
8 green rawits
300 ml of water
2 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the shallots into thin slices, the garlic and green rawits fine. Pound or grind 20 red rawits into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, garlic and all rawits for 5 minutes. Add the livers and fry until brown. Add the water, salt and palm sugar and cook slowly until done.
