Ayam Bakar Semur
spiced grilled chicken

6 chicken thighs
4 shallots
2 cloves
3 cm cinnamon
2 salam leaves
1 piece of mace
1 tomato
4 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
300 ml of water
2 tablespoons oil
4 cloves garlic
4 kemiri nuts
1cm jahe
1/4 teaspoon jinten
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Cara membuat:
Cut the shallots into thin slices and dice the tomato. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the cloves, cinnamon, mace and salam for 3 minutes. Add the chicken and fry for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and fry them gently. Add the kecap, salt and water and simmer the mixture until the chicken is cooked.
Roast the chicken over a charcoal fire until golden brown.
