in coconut milk braised chicken from Yogyakarta

1 chicken
3 lemongrass
3 jeruk purut
4 salam leaves
600 ml santen cair
300 ml santen asli
1 tbsp palmsugar
1/2 tsp asem
3 tablespoons oil
7 shallots
7 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ketumbar
3 cm laos
1/2 tsp jinten
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2cm jahe
4 kemiri/candlenuts
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp Bawang Goreng
Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into 8 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the lemon grass, the jeruk purut and the salam for 4 minutes. Add the chicken and fry lightly. Add the santen cair and palm sugar and boil until the chicken is half cooked. Add the asem and the santen asli and let it simmer gently until cooked. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
