in banana leaf roasted chicken

200g minced chicken
1 egg, beaten
100ml coconut milk
7 green rawits
3 lemongrass stalks
1 tsp salt
4 salam leaves
2 tablespoons oil
banana leaf
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 red chilies (large)
4 kemiri/candlenuts
1 cm jahe
1/2 tsp ketumbar
Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Chop finely the salam and cut each lemongrass into 4 pieces. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Stir it together with the rawits, salt, egg and coconut milk and the meat. Spoon 1/7 of the mixture on a banana leaf and lay some salam and lemongrass on top and fold it closed as a package. Grill/roast the packets 30 minutes over a charcoal fire until done.
