Tumis Cincang Ayam Pedas
stir-fried spicy chicken

1000 gr chicken breast
1 lime (juice)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
50 g water chestnuts
11 rawits
4cm jahe
7 cloves garlic
2 tbsp rice wine
2 tbsp kecap ikan / fish sauce
2 tbsp kecap asin
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp sesame oil
225 ml water
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Cara membuat:
Chop the flesh finely. Chop the water chestnuts, rawits and garlic coarsly and jahe julliene. Marinate the meat with lime juice for 15 minutes. Mix the cornstarch through.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the jahe golden brown. Add the garlic and water chestnuts and cook for 1 minute. Add the chicken and fry it half done. Then add the rice wine, fish sauce, kecaps and the oyster sauce and mix well. Then add the water and the rawits and cook until done. Mix in the pepper and sesame oil and serve with rice.
