stew of minced beef

350 gr minced beaf
6 cloves of garlic
7 shallots
4 small tomatoes
1 tablespoon of fish
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 potatoes
1000 ml of water
2 tablespoons of oil

coriander leaves, chopped

Finely chop the garlic and slice the shallots and tomatoes finely and the potatoes into cubes. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots and garlic for 4 minutes. Add the tomatoes and fry them soft.
Then add the meat, the fishe sauce and the pepper and fry for 5 minutes while stirring. Add the potatoes and water and bring to the boil. cook it gently for 25 minutes until cooked. Garnish with the coriander leaves and serve. Serve with white rice.
