Bok Choy - pak choi - 蒜蓉小白菜
stir fry with garlic and pepper

350 gr baby bok choy / Shanghai pak choi
1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp palm sugar
1 tbsp water
5 cloves of garlic
4 dried lomboks
1 tbsp oil

Clean the pak choi and cut off the hard bottom. Heat enough water in a pan and bring it to a boil. Then add the salt and the pak choi and blanch it for 30 seconds. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Chop the garlic and the lomboks fine. Mix the cornflour with the salt, palm sugar and water.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and the lomboks. Then add the pak choi and stir fry for 20-30 seconds. Then mix in the cornstarch solution and serve.
