Tan Hwa Po T'ang Ts'ai
spinach and egg soup
ingredients:
150 gr. Spinach
1500 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 eggs
Preparation:
Beat the eggs and bring the broth and pepper to a boil. Add the spinach to it and while stirring the eggs into the soup. Briefly by cook until the eggs are set. Serve immediately.
