Watercress and pork soup

400g pork
8 dried hong zao (jujube fruit)
1 tbsp gi gou zi (goji berries)
1 tbsp hang yen (Chinese almonds)
1 tsp salt
1500 ml water
250g xi yang cai (watercress)
Cut the meat into pieces and chop the watercress coarsely. Heat in a pan the water along with the meat, jujube, goji, almonds and salt and bring to the boil. Remove the foam with a spatula. Add the watercress and slowly cook it for 60 minutes untill everything is cooked.
