Soom Tum Low
chili papaya salad (2pp)

1 papaya
6 red rawits (small chilies)
4 red lomboks (large chilies)
3 cloves garlic
1 lime part
2 tbsp nam pla (fish sauce)
1 tsp palmsugar
4 cherry tomatoes

Slice the papaya into thin strips. Slice the tomatoes in parts. Pound the chilies and the garlic. Add the nam pla, the palmsugar, the tomatoes and the lime and pound it to soften it and mix it. Then add the papaya and pound this as well and mix it. Then serve.
