ducksoup with pickled lime

1 duck (1200 gr)
900 ml water
20 black peppercorns, crushed
5 cloves garlic, crushed
6 coriander roots, crushed
1 wintermelon / labu kuning
1 pickles lime
4 tbsp kecap asin (light soy sauce)
1/2 tsp salt
5 spring onions

Cut the spring onions into 2 cm long pieces. Cut the lime into four slices. Skin the melon/pumpkin and cut it into 2 cm cubes. Debone the duck and remove the skin and fat. Cut the meat into small pieces. Heat in a pan the water and add the bones and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat golden brown. Then add the meat to the soup and add the remaining ingredients. Let it simmer for 30 minutes. Remove the bones and serve the soup.
