spicy seafood noodle

100 gr bihun / rice vermicelli
1 tbsp oil
1/2/ tsp salt

Ingredients sauce:
50 gr squid
15 Green Peppercorns
5 rawits (red chillies)
3 Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp light soy sauce (kecap asin)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce (nam pla)
1/2 tsp palmsugar
4 thais basil leaves
6 kemangi leaves (citrus basil leaves)

Cork the noodles in water for 3 minutes and and the oil and the salt. Rince and drain it. Slice the squid, the garlic and the rawits into pieces. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic and the rawits for 30 seconds. Then add the squid and the rest of the ingredients and fry it until the squid is done. Then and the bihun and fry it until it's done.
