potato and chicken stew

Ingredients:
1 chicken
15 cloves garlic
19 red rawits
5 sereh (lemongrass)
500 gr potatoes
3 sprin onions
3 shallots
2 tomatoes
2 cm ja (ginger)
5 cm kunyit (turmaric)
1 jahe leaf (ginger leaf)
1 tsp salt
250 ml water

Preparation/method:
Pound or grind the garlic, the rawits, the kunyit and the jahe fine into a paste. cut the potatoes into slices. Slice the shallots fine and cut the springonions into pieces. Crush the sereh. Slice the chicken into pieces.
Heat in a pan the water and add all ingredients. Let it cook slowly and covered for 30 minutes until done.
