Gy Pad Med Mamuang Hinmapan
chicken cashew nuts


100 gr chicken breast
1 shallot
1 spring onion
1/2 bull/red pepper
50 gr bambu shoots
3 tbsp cashew nuts
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp nam pla (fish sauce)
1 tbps kecap asin (light soy sauce)
1 tsp white pepper
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp oil

Cut the meat into strips. Slice the shallot, the spring onion, the pepper and the bambu shoots into strips. Cut the garlic very fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic. Add the meat and fry it until done. Then add the remaining ingredients and fry it for 2 minutes.
