ingredients:
1/2 lemongrass
2 yellow chilies
2 shallots
4 cm laos / galangal
4 cloves garlci
1 tsp ketumbar / coriander seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 tbsp nam pla (fish sauce)
2 cm kunyit (kurkuma/turmeric)
1 tbsp palmsugar
2 jerut purut / kaffir lime leaves
1 tbsp lime juice
124 ml coconut milk
preperation/method:
grind or pound all ingredients fine into a smooth paste.
