Sayur Telur Puyuh Keluak
quail eggs in fragrant dark sauce

25 quail eggs, hard boiled
1 carrot
50 gr of green beans
2 cm laos
2 red rawits
1 asam kandis
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of palm sugar
1 spring onion
1 sprig of celery
600 ml of water
2 tablespoons of oil

5 keluak
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 red lombok
2 kemiri/candlenuts
2 cm kunyit
1 teaspoon ketumbar

Cara Membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the carrot into thin slices, the beans in pieces and the rawits in strips. Cut the spring onion into pieces and celery fine.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the laos for 3 minutes. Add the carrot and beans and fry until soft. Then add the rawits and the asam kandis and mix well. Then mix in the eggs, the salt and the palm sugar. Then pour the water and cook until done. Then spoon in the spring onion and celery and serve.
