Oseng Daging Sapi Cabai Hijau
fried beef with green pepper

500 gr beef
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp arak
1/4 tsp sesame oil
3 cm jahe
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp oil

other ingredients:
7 green lomboks
3 shallots (or 1 onion)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp beef stock (see recipe)
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin strips. Finely chop the jahe and the garlic. Mix the ingredients and the meat well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Halve the lomboks and deseed them. Then cut the lomboks into thin slices. Cut the shallots into thin slices.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the shallots and the lomboks over high heat for 2 minutes and set aside. Then add the remaining oil and fry the meat with the marinade on high heat for 3 minutes. Then add the salt, stock and cornflour and mix well. Then add the shallots and the lomboks and mix well. Serve.
