Sop Bayam Muda Jagung Manis
Simple soup with corn and spinach
2 bunches bayam muda or 250g spinach
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
500 ml of water
Clean the spinach and cut the corn from the cob. Cut the shallots and the garlic into thin slices. Heat in a pan the water and add the shallots, garlic, salt and palm sugar and stir for 1 minute. Add the corn and spinach and cook gently until tender.
