spicy fried cabbage

1 green cabbage (medium large)
2 shallots
2 red lomboks
1/2 tsp trasi (shrimp paste)
1 tsp palmsugar
2 cm laos (galangal)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the shallots into thin slices and the lomboks fine. Pound or grind the laos, the trasi, the salt and the palmsugar fine into a paste. Clice the cabbage into coarse strips.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots for 3 minutes. Add the bumbu/paste and fry it for 1 minute. Then add the cabbage and let it simmer slowly until the cabbage is done.
