Sambal Goreng Bloemkol
cauliflower in spicy creamy sauce

1 cauliflower
1 tbsp oil
2 shallots
2 cm laos (galangal), crushed
1 red lombok
1 tsp trasi
1/2/ tsp palmsugar
1 tsp salt
250 ml santen cair (thin coconutmilk)

Cara membuat:
Cut the cauliflower into florets. Slice the shallots fine and the lomboks into 2 pieces. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots for 2 minutes. Add the florets and fry it for 3 minutes. Then add the laos, the lombok, the trasi, the palmsugar and the salt and fry it for 1 minute. Add the santen and let it simmer covered until the cauliflower is done.
