Cah Kailan Labu Kuning
stewed vegetables with tahu

1 tahu
150 gr labu kuning / yellow pumpkin
100 gr beef
2 tbsp lime, juice
2 tbsp kecap asin
1 tsp sesame oil
100 gr shiitake
100 ml of water
200 gr kailan / Chinese broccoli
1/2 red bell pepper
1 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the tahu and pumpkin into cubes. Cut the meat into thin slices / strips. Cut the kailan and the bell pepper into pieces. Cut the shitake into slices. Rub the meat with the oil, the kecap, the lime juice and the sesame oil and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
Heat a pan and add the meat and shiitake and fry until it changes color. Then add the water, the kailan, the bell pepper, the tahu and the pumpkin and fry it further until done. Serve.
