Sayur Asem Rebung Udang
bamboo shoots with shrimp in sauce

200 gr bamboo shoots, boiled
4 white cabbage leaves
200 gr shrimps/prawns, peeled
3 red lomboks
3 jeruk purut leaves
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
6 belimbing sayur
800 ml of water
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Cut the bamboo shoots into pieces / slices. Cut the cabbage leaves into pieces. Cut the lomboks into thin rings and cut the belimbing lengthwise into thin slices.
Heat the water in a pan together with the bamboo shoots, the cabbage leaves, the shrimps/prawns, the lomboks, the jeruk purut, the serai and the belimbing and bring to the boil. Then mix in the palm sugar and salt and bring it back to a boil over low heat. Serve.
