Sayur Asam Kangkung Kacang Merah
stewed spiced kangkung with beans

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
125 gr red kidney / eye beans
200 g kangkung
2 salam leaf
2 cm lengkuas / laos
2 asam jawa
2 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp salt
800 ml of water

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
2 kemiri nuts
1/2 tsp terasi / trasi

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the water in a pan with the beans and bring to the boil. Then add the bumbu, the salam, the laos, the asam jawa, the palm sugar and the salt and cook until the beans are nearly done.
Then add the kankung and continue to cook until the kangkung and the beans are done. Serve.
