Sayur Pepaya Muda

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
200 gr young papaya
3 snake beans
2 cm lengkuas / galangal
2 salam leaf
100 gr of beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1000 ml beef broth
2 tbsp bawang goreng
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 kemiri nuts, roasted
5 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cook the meat first and then cut it into pieces. Cut the payaya into pieces and the snake beans into pieces of 2 cm. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam and the laos for 5 minutes. Then add the meat and cook until it changes colour. Then mix in the papaya, snake beanss, salt and palm sugar.
Then add the stock and cook until done. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
