stir-fry of bean sprouts with chives
300 gr of bean sprouts
4 cloves of garlic
2 red lomboks
10 kucai / garlic chives / Chinese chives
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp oil
Cut the shallots, the garlic and the lomboks into thin slices and rings. Cut the kucai into pieces of 3 cm length.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic, lomboks and kucai for 3 minutes. Then add the bean sprouts, the fish sauce and the pepper and fry until done. The bean sprouts must still be crispy. Serve.
