Sayur Lodeh Kacang Jagung Muda
stewed vegetables in coconut milk

900 ml coconut milk (from 1 coconut)
100 ml chicken broth
5 chicken gizzards, boiled
7 snake beans
2 carrots
100 gr young corn
2 salam leaf
3 cm lengkuas / galangal
3 tbsp oil

4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cm kunyit
4 kemiri nuts
1 1/2 tsp terasi / trasi

Cara membuat:
Cut the gizzards into slices, the snake beans into pieces of 1 cm, the carrots and the corn into thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the coconut milk together with the gizzards, the beans, the carrots, the salam, the laos and the corn and bring to the boil.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Add this to the coconut milk and bring back to the boil. Then add the stock and continue cooking until it done.
