Sayur Bening Kangkung Wijen
spicy stewed kangkung with sesame

1 bunch of kangkung
100 gr of carrots
1 tomato
4 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
1 salam leaf
3 cm temu kunci
3 dried peppers
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1000 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
2 tbsp oil

Cara Membuat:
Cut the carrot into thin slices, tomato in pieces, garlic and shallots in thin slices, peppers in pieces and grate the temu kunci.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic with the shallots, the salam, the temu kunci and the peppers for 4 minutes. Add the tomato and fry until soft. Then add the broth and bring to the boil. Then add the carrot, salt, pepper, palm sugar, kangkung and sesame oil and cook until done.
