Orak Arik Tahu Jamur
stir-fried mushrooms with tofu

4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 block tahu
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
125 ml water
2 shallots
4 cloves garlic
3 red chilies
250g mushrooms
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp pepper
2 spring onions, finely sliced
Cara membuat:
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper and set aside. Cut the tofu into cubes and garlic finely. Marinate the tofu with the garlic, salt and water for 15 minutes. Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the tahu golden brown and set aside.
Cut the shallots and mushrooms into thin slices and the chilies into thin strips. Chop the garlic. Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the shallots, garlic and chilies for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and fry them gently. Push everything to one side and add the eggs and form a scrambled egg. Add the tahu with oyster sauce, kecap, fish sauce and pepper and mix well.
Sprinkle the spring onion on top and serve.
